Shipping Policy

We will ship to any address except P.O Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses as a signature is required at the time of delivery. We can ship your order using Post Office Air Mail. It will take approximately 10-14 days for delivery.


For International Customers, many countries will require additional taxes and/or duties based on the customer value of your shipment of which are responsible by customers. Please contact your country's customs office for specific details.


An email notification will be sent to you once the order is confirmed. We will also contact you by phone to confirm the delivery arrangement.


Duration of Warranty

If you have purchased an item that is defective, please submit your repair of Merchandise Request to sales@AltusLumen.com to get RMA no.


After receiving your defective product, we will send you a mail to confirm and ship a new one in few days. In case of any queries, you can contact sales@AltusLumen.com
