Availability

AltusLumen keeps all products in stock. However, if a product is not in stock when customer place order, AltusLumen will do the best to let the customer know by email. AltusLumen will also provide the best estimate of when the product will be available.

Shipping Policy

We will ship to any address except P.O Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses as a signature is required at the time of delivery. We can ship your order using Post Office Air Mail. It will take approximately 10-14 days for delivery.

For International Customers, many countries will require additional taxes and/or duties based on the customer value of your shipment of which are responsible by customers. Please contact your country's customs office for specific details.

An email notification will be sent to you once the order is confirmed. We will also contact you by phone to confirm the delivery arrangement.

Warranty Policy

At no time and under no circumstances shall AltusLumen or its resellers be liable to you or any third party for any damages of any kind including but not limited to personal and property damages resulting in any and all usages, direct of indirect, of AltusLumen products.

1. We warrant to the end user that the product is free of workmanship problem and is entitled to 12 months warranty period commencing from the date of purchase.
2. The warranty is invalid when the product has been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, tampered, repaired or modified in any way by person other than service staffs of AltusLumen.
3. The purchaser will be responsible for any transportation costs.

Governing Law & Limitations

Transactions between purchaser and AltusLumen shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administration Region (SAR), without regard to the laws regarding conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This agreement, the policies printed in the applicable AltusLumen's catalogue, and the policies, terms and conditions stated on the applicable AltusLumen's invoice or packing slip constitute the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and cannot be modified except in a written agreement signed by both parties.
